Square Register not showing card option - only cash

Hi everyone. I'm new to Square Register. I have set up the register, logged in. I have square payments all set up with my bank. Everything is working fine. Except when I try to charge for a transaction, instead of the customer terminal going blue and allowing credit card payment, I just get a message saying "Cash Register is not set up". I have no option to charge by card. Grateful for any help. Thanks!

In order to get this resolved as soon as possible, we recommend getting in touch with our phone Support Team so that you can troubleshoot in real-time. If they can't solve the issue they'll also be able to file a bug report.
