Square Register Login Credentials

Hey guys - What login info do you use for the primary login to Square register? Our register just reset itself and I instructed the team to just log in to the register with their own credentials, but they are frustrated because then they can't see the reports and such (which I didn't really want everyone to see anyway) that they could with the owner account logged in. How do you handle this and what credentials are used for your register? Thank you!!

I setup device Codes and then leave the team members use their 4 digit Pin.
