Hey there @Zgz_Oasis.. I can address the "wireless option" part of your question. The Square Terminal can be configured as a Connected Terminal, which is just a wireless payment device that connects to any POS. I use it in my ice cream shop for window service so I don't have to turn around the POS for payments.
In a nutshell, when it is time for a tab to be paid, your bartenders would click the Pay button as always. Then, on the payment method screen, there will be a new "Square Terminal" option. They would click the Continue button, which would send the payment to the connected terminal which could then be handed to the customer to complete the payment. To me it is a perfect and elegant solution.
