Hey! We use Bite integration for our online and app orders and have a printer connected which automatically prints new orders. I’ve got all the notifications and alerts turned on for orders, and sound up full volume on the iPad (using square stand) but we don’t get any sound alerts for new orders, which means they can easily get missed in a busy coffee shop environment if we’re not standing at the POS. Is there a way to get sounds on?

Could you confirm which notification and alert settings you have already set up in the app - feel free to send screenshots if that's easier.
You should still be hearing a notification for all orders, you can hear a preview from your Point of Sale app > More > Settings > Orders > Order notifications > Preview Notification.
It's a beep, or a vibration if the device is on silent mode. I understand that in busy work environments this alert may not be loud enough.
At this time, louder order alerts would be considered a feature request, you can submit a request via our Ideate boards.
A workaround that some Sellers have found useful is to send Square Online order notifications to a specific email address. If you were to turn on email app notifications on an iOS device or Android tablet and connect that device to a speaker system, this would alert you every time you receive a new order.
