Saving tickets Square Terminal

Hello!

We have recently added the Square terminal handheld for our operations.

We receive a lot of phone orders- and wondering how we can either save a ticket on the terminal for customer to pay in person, or manually enter a credit card on the terminal itself.

@sarahsuesutt74 It should work, but usually you have to turn on "open tickets" and then you can save them.  It is usually under settings in the point of sale app, but might be a little different in terminal app.  The square for restaurants terminal app does have it baked in also.
