Has anyone else noticed that the one-touch reorder for individual items is gone in Square for Restaurants? We used to be able to tap a previous item (e.g., White Rum & Pepsi with Easy Ice + Splash of Lime) and it would copy just that item with all of its modifiers. Now the only Reorder option seems to duplicate the whole order through the three-dot menu. Is this a bug, or did Square intentionally remove the individual item reorder feature? This has really slowed down our bartenders and staff. I’m not a fan. Any input would be appreciated. Also was on hold for five million minutes with support and no progress. I’m not one to normally complain but this is BAD.
