We're using square for restaurants and tables are keyed in on iPads.
Yesterday we had an odd thing happen: a table was RED on ONE iPad only. No covers, no items ordered. Restarting the app, even restarting the iPad didn't correct it.
Any theories on what happened to cause this?

This definitely sounds like odd behavior, but I would like to see what I can do to help get to the bottom of this.
I need some more information on what you're seeing on your end. Are you still seeing the red table on your iPad? Did you update your iPad or Restaurants app recently?
Does anyone else have editing permissions on the app too?

No the red is gone. Once we started using the table it went to its normal colours.
I do believe that we tried logging in using a couple of different accounts on that iPad and it was still RED no matter what. Tried restarting the app several times and also rebooting the iPad. Was still RED each time.
