After a transaction when we're trying to print a receipt, sometimes it doesn't respond and we have to press print again. Sometimes it starts printing and stops and we have to press print again to have it print the remainder of the receipt. Is there anything we should try to fix this or should we just start a return?
What receipt printer do you have? Have you tried resetting the receipt printer? How is it connected?
