Receipt email - remove the survey (Happy Face icon and box too big)

Is it possible to remove the Happy Face/Sad Face survey on the digital receipt?  I am fine to have a survey, but the box is sooooo big.  Bigger than my logo, bigger than the total cost paid.  Is this customizable?  Or move to bottom, make less dominant etc...

Hello @miksterme !

At this time it's not possible to modify the survey smileys. I do agree that they are quite dominant on the receipt, but I've found that this is about the only way to actually get people to pay attention to anything on the receipt.

You can remove it by going to Dashboard -> Customer Directory -> Settings -> Feedback and disable "Collect Feedback on Customer Receipts". You may still get feedback from previously sent receipts but nothing going forward, and all new receipts won't have the smileys on them.
