Previous Order staying on Terminal after hitting New Sale on Main pos

I have my terminal hooked up to my iPad to display orders/so they can pay.  At the moment most of the time, once I hit a new Sale, the previous order stays on the terminal and causes confusion. To the point, sometimes the previous receipt is printed.  


It would be great for the terminal to exit from the previous order after a certain amount of time, or immediately if you hit New sale on the POS.
