We pay our staff commissions using the teams feature. One of our team members sent out a payment link from their account to a customer to receive prepayment of stock.. I've just looked at the transaction and it's come up as 'untracked team member'..
Does commissions on payment links not work or is this a permissions issue?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd say it's worth getting in touch with support about this one, as they will be able to take a specific look into the payment in question with a better level of insight that we're able to have via our Seller Community forum.
On the face of it though, it sounds like the team member was not logged into their staff account when the invoice was sent. Some things to think about:
