Recently, I've made an open ticket for a later pick up that I have saved on my ipad pos and it is showing up on my dashboard app in my total sales for the day. The item has not been picked up or paid for but showing as such. This is not happening for every ticket. Just a select few.
Hey there @Dragonfly2004. In your Dashboard App, click on the gear icon at the top. What is the “Check Reporting” setting set to? It sounds like it is set to “All checks” when it should be “Only open checks.”
Also @Dragonfly2004 if you can truly verify that this is not happening for all open checks, then can you give us some more information? What makes some checks the “select few?” Do you see a pattern?
