Open ticket is not on our POS

Hi all, we can not find Open Tickets on or POS Terminal.  I can access it on my phone but Add Ons is not on our POS Terminal in the bar. 

Any advice?

Hey Simon_Denis

Open tickets needs to be switched on on each device.

Just go to settings > open tickets > toggle on open tickets.

This will give you access to all the open tickets on the account.

Let us know if this worked.
