Online & Instore Inventory not syncing

Hello,

I have a fashion boutique that is online with a shopify website. I have Sqaure Hardware in store and I have Sqaure Sync set up on my shopify to sync products across to my Sqaure hardware which I paid thousands for. The stock I sell in store decides whether it will come off inventory and sometimes it does but most of the time it doesnt take it off the system which leaves us refunding alot of online orders as we dont have the stock because it sold but never come off inventory. How can I can get help or has anyone has this issue? 

Its not looking great for our business when I am refunding nearly every day I have to go through all our online sales to make sure its come off our inventory on our Sqaure system. Some does but its hit and miss some sales come off and some dont at all. 

 

What do I do please help me, Im desperate!!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're seeing with your Shopify integration. Refunding customers doesn't sound ideal and I understand your frustration. How have you synced your stock at the moment, e.g which Integration are you using?
