Not integrating with Quickbooks

Ongoing problem that needs to be addressed between the two softwares. Both are placing the blame on the other and for those of us paying subscription fees for both services it's very frustrating.

On Dec. 8th Quickbooks failed to pull an added location in Square. To resolve the issue I disconnected Square with the intent to reconnect where the options can be selected. Now Square will not reconnect at all. Spent and hour on the phone with both customer services for Square to say it's a Quickbooks issue and Quickbooks to say it is a Square issue.

This is a KNOWN issue!! Help.

Dealing with the exact same situation. 1 of my businesses the QuickBooks connector updated flawlessly. The other business is not as lucky. Tried everything I could think of. Both Square and QuickBooks show it as connected but if I go to app transactions in QuickBooks it wants me to select and install a new connection. I do believe that Square is correct when they say it’s on QuickBooks end. Hopefully they fix it soon
