Need Replacement Parts

I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but I am needing to buy 2 of the Replacement Toolkits for 1st Gen.  The online store says they are out of stock and have been for over 3 weeks.  Anytime I try to connect with anyone via the online chat support, they don't have an answer as to when this product will become available for purchase.  1 time they connected me to the sales support line, and the lady that answered had an accent that was too difficult to understand.  The next time, they said they would send a request for the sales support to email me, but they never did.  Does anyone know how I can speak with someone, either in a chat/email or on the phone (who speaks English) to find out when the product I need will become available for purchase again?

I also am guessing you don't have an account rep to email.   Have you tried the tech support chat as an option?

My fear is that the 1st generation is no longer being made obviously and I don't know if Square will make them avaialble again or not.  Have you tried ebay or seeing if there is any used equipment out there that will help you get by?

I also don't know your operations, but if are willing to shell out the $125 for the toolkit, does it work for you to shell out the $399 for the Square Handheld instead?   Obviously not a direct replacement but I'm just trying to figure out how to get or keep you up and running.

I finally was able to chat with someone who told me that they are no longer making the 1st gen replacement toolkit.  It sounds like the replacement parts for the 2nd gen will work for the 1st gen.  So, I guess thats what I will try and hope that the information is correct!

IF you can @CandyLovers , please get back on here and let us know if they work or not.  It would be good for everyone to know this does in fact work.
