NEW UI is much slower at checkout. Please do not force update.

We have tried the new UI and it is slowing down our business.

 

Fulfilment: On our tablet, the Save Ticket button is much smaller and the Charge button is often mistaken. We use Open Tickets addon and the new UI makes it harder to manage tickets and slows down our order taking. We often accidentally press the larger Charge button.

 

Checkout: On our Terminal, the Review Sale button replaces the Checkout button and now it takes more steps to complete the sale at the Terminal. The Charge button should be on the Terminal and the Review Sale should be on the tablets. This would make more sense.

 

I find these issues to be huge problems that will affect our business and we are not looking forward to being forced to update until these concerns are resolved.

 

For reference, we are a take out food business and use the tablets to take orders, send tickets to the kitchen and then we use the terminal to take payment.
