My square is not opening to the keypad. All I am getting is the name of my business on the screen.

My terminal is charged and I have excellent strength on internet. But my terminal will not open to the keypad. It was working fine until the update. What is going on?

Hello @Mimiawap ! It's possible that the update confused the terminal a bit. Press and hold the power button until you get the Power Off/Restart screen then restart your terminal. That should clear up the missing keyboard.

Of note, this last terminal update forced me to log in again. That may be what's causing the issues with the keyboard too: it thinks you need to log in but it's not on the right screens for you to do so.
