Up until 3 weeks ago, my 2 square readers worked fine. Now neither one will accept non tap or PIN transactions. I have re installed, re booted, following all leads I could find on the internet, but they still won't process a PIN action.
I have one customer in particular that can only pay with a PIN card. This is especially important as this customer is sometimes 75% of my overall business...
Help!
