Local Delivery - Where is it and how to track it?

I have a store that has local delivery using my own delivery people. I receive orders by telephone and through other online apps that require that I enter the items into the Register, where I then must prepare them and give them over to my delivery team.

 

Although 'local delivery' is configured for my location, I do not see this as an option when I create the sale in the Register. I only see Pickup, In Store or Shipment, where 'shipment' refers to postal shipping. Why is there no 'Local Delivery' option?

 

Am I missing or misunderstanding something?

I am looking for a 'local delivery' option on the register. It is configured/set up, but just is not apparent anywhere on the register.

Here is what comes up for the item in checkout on the register.

The delivery ("Envio") refers to postal delivery not local delivery.

 

Specifically:

  • An order comes in from UberEats. How can I enter it into the system and track it from order received, through preparation, and to "out for delivery/handed to driver"?
  • Where is the reporting for items sold in-store vs Local Delivery?
