Loan offers

Been with square 5 years had 9

loans all paid off in half the time last loan was paid in 2 months never had any negative issues with my account charge backs etc

process in excess of 160k per year

I have been fully paid off for 4 weeks now and I have still not received a offer

The loan team just says keep processing an offer will come

that has to be a complete pack of lies square claim to check daily your eligibility but that definitely can’t be the case they just say that to keep you with them

this is totally ridiculous and unfair way to treat their customers and also don’t forget the charge for loans is way to expensive but this is because they don’t care about you just taking you for everything they can

I’m moving my business elsewhere now and I suggest you do the same

I can definitely understand why you’re frustrated, especially after building a long history with Square and successfully repaying multiple loans early.

One thing that’s important to know is that previous loan history, early repayment, or the amount you’ve processed doesn’t guarantee another offer. Square Loans are generated automatically based on a variety of factors, and eligibility can change over time as the system reevaluates accounts. Unfortunately, neither Support nor the Loans team can manually issue or expedite an offer.

While offers are reevaluated regularly, there isn’t a guaranteed timeline for when or if another one will appear. Many sellers receive a new offer shortly after repayment, while others may wait weeks or longer.

I know that’s probably not the answer you were hoping for, but I wanted to clarify how the program works so expectations are clear. I hope a new offer comes your way soon.

A month on and still no offer ?

I can not get my head around how square are operating the eligibility criteria

every single criteria I am hitting so the constant advice to keep processing is just a ploy to keep customers in my opinion
