On Saturday, our kitchen printer (SP742) went offline and we cannot reconnect it. I have reset it (so many times that I have used almost an entire roll of paper) but it does not show an IP address to connect it. I tried a different kitchen printer, changed the ethernet cable and had our internet provider out to check the router yesterday. There is nothing wrong with our equipment and we are being told that it may very well be an issue with Square.
I'm at a loss. And our new Square rep is nowhere to be found!
We are a very busy, albeit small restaurant, so this is an extremely big issue.
And I've been on hold with Square support for quite a while this morning. Still holding....
