Item images not showing?

Our images show on our website and backend online library. They also show on the mobile POS, but on our ipad POS they all of a sudden stopped showing. We can't see any product images next to the titles, so it is making it difficult to ring in the proper items at checkout. They don't show on the checkout page or on the item library on the ipad POS.
