Welcome to the Community! Thank you for posting. 

Could you give me some more information on the reader you're having issues with and if you've tried any other troubleshooting steps already? 

In the meantime, I am going to suggest taking a look at this Bluetooth Troubleshooting support article. It has multiple options to get your reader re-connected.
