I have a new therapist joining our team. He is visually impaired. Is there a way for the square terminal to be made accessible for a visually impaired person?
Would he need to set up his own square account do have a visually impaired work around for the app or website interface. He uses his laptop currently with many other programs and has a screen reader.
@FarinaTherapist as far as the terminal goes, I have not seen a setting like what you are looking for. You might be able to let him have dashboard access to use the virtual terminal on his laptop.
As far as square register:

As far as an Ipad, I think they have some built in tools, but I haven't used those.
Thanks Donnie for the reply.
He does use another program on his laptop for SOAP noting. I am a little hesitant to let him use the Square dashboard online without some training so there aren't any unintended consequences for my business. But will look into it.
If you are using team management, I would look down into the permissions and you can set up very limited access in the online dashboard. If that doesn't work for you, the ipad may be the way to go.
