Is it possible to minimize the length of receipts that print from the Square Terminal?

I've not been successful at minimizing my receipts from the Square Terminal. I have omitted the image, but is there anyway I can leave off the business address, and just have this printed:  Business name, time & date? We're a non-profit group with three Square Terminals, only running 4 days a year for a concession stand. The receipts are longer than we need. If I try to eliminate the address from the dashboard, it won't allow.

Hey @COGatConnoq.  From your online dashboard go to Account & Settings > Business information > Receipts.  Here you can toggle various things on and off to configure the receipt you want.  One of those items — in the Business section — is “Show location.”

I tried that, but it doesn't omit the info from the receipt.

Hello @COGatConnoq !

When you're on the receipt configuration screen, hit the Edit Details link on the right side. There will be a popup with more information. If you choose to make the Location Type mobile, the address won't print on the receipt.

There are other options here to clear up the receipts, but I don't believe you'll be able to get all the way down to Business Name, date, and items. It'll be pretty close though.

Using Mobile location did the trick.

Now the receipt shows:

Business Name

August 28, 2024

1:49 PM

Name

You can't remove the business address completely in the edit details, since that's part of the Square Account.
