Hi, I haven’t used my POS device for a while and now when I log in and try to use it, it gives me an error message saying ‘Insufficient privileges’. Any idea what’s wrong and how to fix it? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me! Jon
Hi @JonSkin thanks for flagging this.
I haven't heard of this error before. Are you using your main account email address to log in? It sounds like it might be recognising an employee email that doesn't have full access or something along those lines.
If you have confirmed it's the email address you created the account with that's giving this error could you please share a screenshot of the message so that I can take a closer look - thanks!
