I've published my site. My address does not show blue and even putting the https in front not work

I've published my site but the address line is not working.  I've tried the https:// in front of the address, without the https:// and still can not get to my page.  Nobody else can either.

@Carol13 As fellow sellers here, we can't even being to help you without a little more information that you forgot to include.  Can we have your site URL, please?  What do you mean by "my address does not show blue?"  Where, exactly, are you expecting it to "show blue," given that you could be referring to a number of places and we can only guess which?

 

Lastly, did you obtain your site URL through Square, or a third-party domain service?
