My screen shattered accidentally after a customer signed and when she handed it back it dropped. I’m trying to find a replacement screen & with no luck Square is not being helpful & it’s apparently not under warranty. Any suggestions?

I’m really sorry this happened, I completely understand how frustrating this situation is. Unfortunately, after looking into it further, I haven’t been able to find the option for just a replacement screen. I truly wish I had a better solution or could be more helpful here.
