How to get reader

I want to order a reader (two, in fact). How do I go about that. The AI help says "To get started, sign in to your Square account and visit the hardware section to view available readers..." There is no "hardware" link or button on my dashboard. When asked further the AI assistant said, "To find and purchase Square hardware, including readers, follow these steps: Sign in to your Square Dashboard. Visit the Square Shop to view and order available hardware." There is no "Square Shop" on my dashboard.

So, how do I do this?

You have a couple of ways to purchase Square Hardware. 

First is from your dashboard at

Dashboard -> Settings -> Account & Settings -> Square Hardware -> Order Square Hardware

Or you can go directly to the Square store

Thanks! That worked. That path is less than obvious with no hints to go to Settings on the Dashboard to find the hardware. One would have thought the AI helper would have been able to suggest that.

My #1 problem with Square is the generally poor ability to navigate the site. I almost always have to get community help for everything including posting a new item. I don't do that often enough so I forget the idiosyncrasies involved. This is probably the least intuitive site I have to navigate -- and I'm a web portal designer! All of which is not your problem. Again, thanks.

Ordered a new Square stand a couple of months ago through the dashboard and it was easy and fast.
