I'm hoping I'm posting this in the right area. We have a volunteer that wants to use her own square device to accept donations for our registered charity. I have set her up in our Square Retail account as a Team Member, but she is unsure how she is supposed to login so that her square device would accept payments to our account?
When she downloaded Square Retail, it isn't giving her the option to put in the passcode she was assigned. If she signs in using her email and password, it errors with "You must sign in using the email and password associated with the account owner or with an available device code created by the account owner". What does this mean? It wont accept the passcode as the password so I'm not sure what she is supposed to do.
If anyone can please send clear instructions on what we and she needs to do in order for her square device to be used to accept donations to our account with her logging in as a Team Member (as we don't want to give her the full account login access), can you please let me know ASAP?

@FatalLordes Just to be clear you have already logged in and assigned her a passcode correct?
On your Square Dashboard:

That will link her device to the Charity Account. Below is how the log in screen should look and you want to click on Use A Device Code
