How to change Retail to POS ?

Hello! My business recently purchased the square register and accidentally set it to the retail format and I need the POS format. How do I change it?

Hello @BungalowInc thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Square Register. Maybe try this: Settings > Sign Out. Click on your user name at the bottom to sign out. Then when you sign in again you may be prompted to choose between POS and Retail.
