How to add addition logo to font facing screen on register

how can I add more than our logo to the customer front facing screen. I have our logo however I'm not able to add additional pics for advertising etc....

Here's how to add additional images to your customer-facing display:

1. For Square Register:

   • Log into your Square Dashboard
   • Go to Settings > Hardware > Customer Display
   • Click on Customize Display
   • You can add up to 5 promotional slides that will rotate when the display is idle

   Steps to Add Slides:

   1. Click "Add Image"
   2. Upload your image
   3. Add any text you want to appear
   4. Set the duration for how long each slide appears
   5. Save your changes

2. Image Requirements:

   • Recommended size: 800 x 600 pixels
   • File types: JPG, PNG
   • Maximum file size: 15MB
   • Keep text minimal and readable
   • Use high-contrast images
   •  

3. Important Notes:

   • Changes may take a few minutes to appear
   • You'll need to be connected to the internet
   • Make sure your device is running the latest version of Square

Hi Summer2024,

When I log in to the Dashboard on PC I don't get any of these options.

When I'm on the Square Register, the only options I have is Show Business Name or Show Profile picture. 

Is there a number I can call to walk through the setup up

I am trying to do some more research here as to what is going on with updating the customer facing display. I may be mistaken in that you can add multiple images. I'll own that potential mistake. I am going to reach out to our Hardware team and see what is possible here. I appreciate your patience.
