How long should my reader hold a charge?

I have the contactless Bluetooth tap/chip reader and it's only holding a charge for about 3 days with minimal use (ie: max 5 transactions per day). It feels like it should work for much longer? I have coworkers whose units last for weeks before needing to be charged.

Hi @cee_wil and welcome to the Community.

A few days is the typical time the Contactless + Chip reader should last.

It's also dependent on if you leave it charging overnight too as that can sometimes drain the battery faster.
