Hi there @stephenshortis0.. In general, Square accounts can only be used for one business/organization. Each would have to have its own account for payment processing and reporting. This is because only one tax ID can be used per account. Sure you can have multiple locations for all accounts, but if each has its own tax ID this would not work, legally or otherwise.
