How do I move favourite tabs around?

To move items around on the favourites grid, you should be able to press and hold the item, then slowly drag it to another empty tile.
If this method isn't working for you, please try the following steps:
For iOS Devices
For Square Register or Square Terminal

Thanks Katie but I'm not trying to move items on the favourites tab but am instead trying to move the complete tab, to change the order they appear.

I'm not able to see all of the categories in that photo on the categories page of your Square Dashboard. To confirm, were some of these categories created on that Point of Sale specifically? Can you please confirm whether the POS in the photo is an iPad or Square Register? Are you looking at the Checkout > Favourites page? Or another area the POS app?

Yes, favourites page on an ipad. We also have a square register available but doesn't find how to move favourite pages there either.

I did ring support on Saturday. I waited about 20 minutes to get my call answered but after explaining my issue she just hung up on me.

It's hard to determine exactly what might be happening here without looking at your account alongside you.
