I'm using Square Register for my Pizza Concession Trailer. On occasion, a company will run an Open Tab (Ticket) at a brewery for their employees. When those employees come up and order, the order stub for the pizza makers (and the customer stub) just say "Order" and don't display the number my other, regular orders get. Is there a way to enable that setting? I currently have the Register set to "auto-assign numbers", and it works great, just not for orders on an open ticket.

Hey @FirebrickBread. So I’m missing something, I think, that I need in order to answer your question. Can you tell me the steps you use for opening this ticket? It sounds like you might be doing something different and it’s hard to tell where the problem might be. It would help a lot to know the steps you take where this works, and the ones you take where it doesn’t work. Thanks!
