I'm trying to setup my Honeywell Voyager XP 1472g and I keep getting an error message that states "Unsupported Device, square stand does not support the device connected to the USB Port" How do I fix that??? If I unplug and plug it back in it will work, but then if I remove the scanner from the base and return it back I get the message again.
