How can I check that a payment has gone through successfully?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Have I been done over?

Took a payment Saturday that still hasn’t reached my bank account. Usually the payment will tell me which card was used i.e visa, Mastercard, Amex. But this one transaction from Saturday the only one with a blank card and three dots hasn’t made it to my account. Worried I’ve somehow been done over. Here a picture. And I never adverted cash or cheque he tapped his pin in on my phone?

Are you able to click into the transaction details on your app and see whether there's more information about the status of the payment?

Thanks Katie, I’ll give them a call today. All I’ve got under the payment transaction is the time and date which is correct and then payment says other and then the receipt and invoice number. I’m certain I took his email down too but can’t seem to find it anywhere.
