Just to clarify, are you trying to use a Square Gift Card purchased from a business that uses Square for payments? Or are you a customer attempting to use a third-party gift card at a business that processes payments with Square?
If it’s the latter, unfortunately we’re not able to assist. If you're using a gift card purchased outside of Square, you’ll need to contact the gift card provider directly for help with your PIN.
If you're using a Square Gift Card, a PIN isn’t required. As long as you provide the gift card number or the email associated with the gift card to the business, they should be able to redeem it for you.
