I keep getting this reader alert and can't connect to the square app to process payments?
Hello @Jeffskitchen thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. First, have you checked if there has been an update to your app and that you're running the latest version.
What reader are you using...contactless? swipe? just the phone app? Depending on your reader you can try resetting it.
