I want to set my register so that each employee has to enter their own code each time they ring up a sale. I want to also make sure that they cannot see past transactions. Until now, we had mainly family working but we have a few new employees and one in particular is checking to see tips that were made before she clocked in and for most transactions during her shift. I set up these permissions but for some reason, the employees don't have to enter their passcodes to use the register. It's open all of the time. I want to make sure they have very limited access.
