Delivery problems with Square device

Let me get this straight.  I oder a magcard reader from Square and it is free.  You send it via a camel route through Remote-istan and it takes more than 10 days to arrive.....

Or, I can go to a local merchant, but it for $10, and have it in my hand instantly, and you will refund my $10....

Any graduate from a business program at the local high school, never mind the local Technical College would tell you it is cheaper to just mail the **bleep** thing by first class mail, or UPS and it will cost you less than $10 and not drive away customers with excessive delays....

But what do I know.....  you guess are the geniuses who dreamed this up.... so it must be right.  Yep, you are right, right, right, up to the point where you aren't.

Hello @UUCL, thanks for taking the time to reach out to our seller community.

Firstly, I want to apologize for the frustration with getting your reader on time. I did go to check for any updates on the current delivery method, but there aren't any options to expedite shipments at this time.

While picking up a reader from a local retailer is the quickest way to get going with swiping payments currently, rest assured that I will share your experience with our Fulfillment Team. We do track all requests and make improvements based on seller feedback.

In addition, if you'd like a status update on your reader shipment, please let our Support Team know — they will be able to take a deeper dive.

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve.
