Hi. I am using the Square Register and Square Point of Sale app on the iPad. I would like to customize my dining options to include "To Go", "Table," and "Window Bar" so my food runners know where to take the "for here" items. I have changed the Dining options in my Square dashboard and they do show up on the register and the iPad checkout, but when the ticket prints (on a paper printer as well as our kitchen KDS screen) it only reads "To Go" or "For Here." Why won't my customization carry through to the order tickets, where I really need them? Please help!

That is an odd behavior since it's showing your customizations through everything else.
I am going to recommend reaching out to our CS Team directly.
1-855-700-6000. They can take a deeper look to see if it's an issue with the Register or possibly the printer.
