Customer Display for Square Register

Can the customer display settings be modified?  As of right now a customer can ask for a printed receipt, but my square register is already set up to print a receipt automatically. Can the print receipt feature be turned off on the  customer display?

Interesting observation @CBDEssential 

 

At this time, the receipt screen is required to be displayed so the Seller is aware that the payment completed and has the choice of how to get a receipt. I do understand where you are coming from and the best advice I can give you is to disable automatic receipts and let the customer choose when to get a printed one.

 

I also recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
