Something is jamming or not reading the path of the receipt correctly, look for paper buildup or dust. Can of air might help as well.

This usually happens due to a stuck print job, driver issue, or a printer status error.

Try these steps:

  1. Cancel all pending print jobs and restart both the printer and computer.

  2. Unplug the printer for 2–3 minutes, then power it back on.

  3. Update or reinstall the printer driver from the manufacturer’s website.

  4. Check ink/toner levels and make sure there’s no paper jam.

  5. If the error persists, reset the printer to factory settings.

In most cases, clearing the print queue and reinstalling the driver fixes repeated error messages.
