When I click charge, I get a little blue message saying “re-enable contactless”. I don’t see a green light come on and my reader won’t accept tap for interact/debit.
If anyone is having this issue or knows why I am having this issue please let me know. Thank you so very much!
Sorry to hear about the trouble.
Have you tried a hard reset? Hold down the button on the front of the Contactless and Chip Card Reader until you see 4 flashing red lights. That usually does the trick for most issues.
