Contactless Chip Reader not pairing with any phone anymore, no troubleshooting steps work

My contactless chip reader used to work fine and now it will not pair with my Google pixel 3a or iphone 7.

When I try to pair the orange lights blink and the app searches endlessly and nothing happens. 

I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps from the website, charged and reset the reader, turned bluetooth on and off, turned phone on and off.

Any advice?

Welcome to the Community! 

Both of those devices are compatible with the Contactless + Chip Reader. 

One more step would be to make sure you phone & app software are up to date. 

Let me know if you try that and are still have issues.
