The Sales trends report would be the closest to what you are looking for I think, have you had a look at it?
It will allow you to compare your daily, weekly and yearly gross sales, so you wouldn't get every week necessarily but it should give you a rough idea.
Here's mine which is empty but just so you have an idea:
We do have some advanced reporting available with Square for Retail Plus, but nothing that would quite fit here.
