We have 2 printers for our business and have been able to dictate what categories print to what printer.
But a couple of weeks ago, our Square Register won't allow us to choose which categories to print to a specific printer. Our iPad will still allow us to do so. This is frustrating, because it prints every ticket on our upstairs printer, which is so wasteful of paper, not to mention having to run upstairs after each transaction.
Anyone else having this issue or have a fix?
@Karyn1 Have you tried setting up 2 different printer profiles and assigning a printer to each one?
